This feature enables LDAP authentication and creates users in a database that successfully authenticate.
LDAP is often used by organizations as a central repository for user information and as an authentication service. You should be familiar with LDAP before trying to use it with Prosto System 24/7.
To enable LDAP authentication, go to the Configuration/LDAP menu and turn on the “Use LDAP” option and then configure the connection settings.
Next, go to the Application Structure / User Groups page and specify the group that will be assigned to new users who have passed LDAP authentication. Such users will be automatically created in the Prosto System 24/7 database.
As a result, the “LDAP Login” link appears on the login page.
